Who is behind
The CRS-Group consists of three former independent CROs: PPN-Mönchengladbach, IKP-Grünstadt/Mannheim and IKP-Kiel.
The holding company is CRS Clinical Research Services Andernach GmbH, with a share capital of 972.600,00 €. The company is headquartered at Andernach.
Since 1st January 2007 the former companies have changed their names to
- CRS Clinical Research Services Mannheim GmbH
- CRS Clinical Research Services Mönchengladbach GmbH
- CRS Clinical Research Services Kiel GmbH
The new holding is under the leadership of its managing directors, Dr. med. Torben Thomsen and Dr. rer. nat. Werner Wessling.
