The Volunteer Panel
Continuous advertising is done in local newspapers, flyers are distributed, organisations are contacted, road-shows, in-house lectures for patients and patient presentations are organised in order to increase and renew the panel of subjects and patients.

Actual participating volunteers are registered with the VIP-Check, the international, central registration system for subjects clinical participating trials.
CRS has access to various panels of healthy subjects or patients.
Healthy Volunteers > 12,000 Data Sets
• Volunteers male / female age 19 – 44
• Middle aged male / female age 45 – 64
• Elderly (male / female) age ≥ 65 years
Healthy Subpopulations
• Rapid & Poor Metabolizer CYP2D6 / CYP2C9 /
CYP2C19) > 1,500 subjects
• Post-menopausal women > 670 subjects
• Strictly non-smoker
• Heavy smokers
During its activities over the past decades, CRS has set up a database of healthy young males
and females, elderlies, symptom-carrying but otherwise healthy subjects, and patients.

• Allergic subjects (allergen specific subpopulation) > 100 subjects
• COPD (mild-severe) > 60 patients
• Hypertension (moderate) > 100 patients

• Obese (BMI ≥ 30) > 150 patients
• Hepatic impaired > 300 patients
• Renal impaired > 370 patients
• Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (BPH) > 80 patients
• Cystic Fibrosis (CF) 20 patients
