History of the Unit Kiel
1992
Clinical Research begins in collaboration with the Clinics for Internal Medicine at the University Hospital of Kiel
1994
Foundation of an independent CRO in Kiel with 12 beds
1995
Expansion to a 25 bed unit; handling trials in highly sought after special patient populations
2000
The unit joins the Institut für Klinische Pharmakologie Prof. Dr. Lücker - Zentrum Kiel - GmbH, now belonging to the IKP Group. One of IKP’s three Phase I/ II a units in Germany - alongside Grünstadt and Mannheim.
2002
The unit successfully passes FDA inspection
2006
Since July 2006 advancing as a member of the CRS Andernach Group, together with CRS-Mönchengladbach and CRS-Mannheim
2007
Since January 2007 the name of the unit is CRS-Kiel
