After the move of the clinic facilities to Mannheim in August 2004, Grünstadt is still the Headquarter of formerly IKP now CRS-Mannheim.

The Grünstadt premises now house the complete administration, the departments Bioanalyticals, Clinical Development, Clinical Datamanagement, Quality Assurance, Medical Writing and the Archives.

The Bioanalytical department now has more space to extend their lab facilities in that part of the building that formerly hosted the clinic.
